Affordable Specialty Contractors is a general construction company specializing in roofing. Services include residential insurance and retail projects throughout the Treasure Valley.
We are seeking self-motivated sales reps to meet with homeowners by canvassing for leads or by referrals and set appointments. Sales reps will complete free property inspections to identify storm damage or areas that need improvement. Sales reps will educate homeowners about the insurance claim process or provide a detailed estimate for repairs.
Two weeks of paid training provided and ongoing training and support.
Schedule
10 am - 6 pm
Monday to Friday
Position is hourly during training (paid) and generous commissions after training. Average sales reps make $4,000 - $10,000 monthly.
Requirements:
Must be 18 or over.
Must be able and willing to do door to door canvasing and sales
Must be able to climb ladders and walk on roofs
Must have a professional appearance
Must have own transportation and a valid driver's licensee
Sales and construction experience a plus but not required
