En4 Beauty now has a room available to lease full time, and is suitable for stylists, barbers, and even vented for nails! It's large enough (11ftx11ft), if you do multiple services, and need the space, and comes furnished with with a station and nail table, if you're a cosmetologist wanting to provide multiple services.
The salon is set up in a suite, which consists of three rooms, and each room is occupied by Stylists/Lash techs, wanting to run their own business, and clientele personally, which means you'll need to have a full clientele, as we are not located in an area for walk-ins. Social media is run independently (by you), and it's the best way to grow your business these days! Those of us here already have a full clientele, and so found a location that was tailored to their comfort. It's quiet (of course other than talking, and dryers going all the time, so you may not want to be a masseuse!), calm, relaxing salon, and may not suit anyone looking for the loud hustle and bustle of the bigger salons in the industry. You're free to have the keys to come and go as you please, and set your own schedule! Our clients love love love the atmosphere, and location here, and so do we as we're located right of the freeway with easy access to absolutely anywhere! You must just want what we do, and that is a place to bring your clients, and work in a very calm environment, with literally space between us, and no drama to be found!
I, as the owner, have been in the industry for 18 years (I'm 37 and it feels so good ), have owned 2 salons, leased stations prior to owning, and found this to be my most favorite salon of all, because I made this into a place to work, BUT feel like I'm just in a home away from home vibe. It's pretty, and clean, and again, chill and calm, so I stay relaxed all day too. It's important to maintain that, so we don't burn ourselves out either!
Now for the important stuff! Rent is $400/mo. It's a 6mo to 1yr lease, which we'll discuss in person. Includes, chair, mirror, cabinet, and nail table (if needed).
