SPA LUMOS LLC, a Lash & Skin Boutique in Boise, ID is searching for an Idaho Licensed Esthetician to join our team! This is an amazing opportunity to join an innovative spa that will challenge and inspire you. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics, ability to thrive under pressure, a hunger for growth, have an excellent personality, and an aptitude for sales and developing client relationships. Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Esthetic consultations, education, treatments, and sales.
Perform administrative office tasks as needed, have the ability to quickly adapt in a busy work environment and multi-task.
Have in-depth knowledge of products, treatments, and procedures available to our clients.
Help develop programs and protocols as new treatments and technologies are implemented.
Promote Spa Lumos and its services through marketing events, advertising, and social media outreach.
Perform all job duties in strict accordance with spa policies, procedures, and standards.
Applicants must have a professional attitude with great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic demeanor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess a current Idaho Esthetician License.
Experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Willing to train the motivated applicant.
Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
Positive attitude; self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic.
Demonstrate the ability to be a part of a team in a wellness-based culture.
Motivated to work and be the best in the industry.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation is dependent on experience.
