I have two stations available now to lease! One is part time, and it's actually mine that I only work in Monday through Thursdays, so it's available Friday through Sundays. It's completely set up, so you don't need a thing but your own product and tools! It's $275/month.
My other station is an optional full time or part time lease. Full time is $350, part time is $250 working no more than 3 days per week. It's in a room with one other stylist who works Saturdays and Mondays. You will have your own chair and mirror, along with half the room to use as you please, also decorate as you'd like to feel completely comfortable in your space! The salon as a whole has a shared shampoo area, but that is all. If you'd like a dryer chair, you may definitely add one in your room! You provide your own towels, but that's why I keep rent so affordable! The location has plenty of parking, we're right off the freeway everyone loves how easy we are to get to! The suite is located downstairs, so it is not handicap accessible. We have two nail techs who work together in their own room, which is awesome! We are a very fun, but more on the quiet, comfortable, relaxing side, so our clients really enjoy the environment we provide. We are always complimented on how relaxing and calm it is in there, which I love! We keep it incredibly clean, so that's all I ask. There's no long term lease.
