We are looking for a Foreman to help the owner run our crews. Must have experience in all phases of landscape/hardscape installation.
This includes coordinating workflow, hands on work, and operating a variety of machinery, ability to manage personnel effectively and efficiently, communicate production goals with crew members and clients, maintain clean and safe job site at all times, reports for work at the designated location on time each day, follows directions from owner, if needed train crew members in the best practices of installation per industry standards.
Requirements: 3+ years experience preferred, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, clean driving record, proficient in operating tools and equipment, knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications, highly motivated and self driven, good time management and communications skills, can work well with others of differing knowledge and background, punctual and dependable. This is a 40 hour a week job, 8 am to 4:30 pm 5 days a week, pay is weekly.
We offer a competitive wage rate and benefits including health insurance and 401 K. Wage rate starting $20-$23 per hour depending on experience.
