Marsing Labor and Housing is hiring for a FT Maintenance Assistant.
Requirements and Job Description:
Assist Maintenance Manager in general maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
Grounds: Assist with irrigation, sprinkler repair, lawn mowing, weed eating, trimming, snow removal, leaf blowing, property security, and more.
Buildings: Assist with the upkeep of our 90 rental units, office building and 4 shop/storage buildings. Knowledge in construction/property maintenance is helpful. (plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring, painting, general construction)
Other: Vehicle and equipment maintenance. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
