KIT Custom HomeBuilders is seeking experienced tile setters to work full-time at our indoor production plant in Caldwell, Idaho. This is a 50+ hours per week, year-round position working Monday-Friday, 7:00 - 5:30 p.m., with additional overtime hours. No travel to daily job sites required.
Starting pay is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. KIT offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurances at a reduced cost as well as paid holidays, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match.
This position qualifies for a $1,000 Signing Bonus after 90 days of employment.
Requirements:
- Requires 2-5 years of full-time tile setting experience including installing tile showers.
- Must be able to cut and install wall tile, floor tile, mosaic tile, and soap dishes utilizing 12x12, 12x24, and 7x20 tile.
- Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions at KIT. Must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
