Identifying mechanical and electrical problems, using computerized diagnostic equipment, visual inspection and test drives. Collaborating with service writers to prepare accurate estimates and repair orders using Identifix and Mitchell Repair Guide. Prioritizing and maintaining workflow, focusing on the issue that the customer brought the vehicle in for, but at the same time being able to help with upsell If additional repairs are needed that are not associated with the customer complaint, list all recommendations, repairs needed, and parts, on a separate requisition. Following company procedures to insure quality workmanship Maintaining an organized neat and safe bay.
Requirements:
3-5 years automotive diagnostic and repair experience including mechanical, electrical and computer system diagnostics Current drivers license and 3-year clean driving history ASE and/or factory certified Experience working on domestic and import vehicles Reputation of honesty, integrity and quality workmanship Your own automotive tools Positive attitude Team player Able to pass background check Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen High school diploma or GED

In addition, your positive attitude and ability to think quickly on your feet would be a significant asset to team.
