We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Concrete Plant Batch Operator to support our concrete paving division. This role is responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance and teardown of portable central mix concrete batch plants. In addition to plant operations, the individual will assist with coordinating daily plant activities, including scheduling truck drivers and ordering plant materials.

Job Duties:
Set up and dismantle portable central mix concrete batch plants.
Operate batching equipment efficiently to produce high-quality concrete.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot plant equipment.
Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and materials.
Coordinate plant activities, including scheduling truck drivers and ordering materials.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in concrete batching (ready-mix or concrete paving).
Construction background required; paving or heavy/highway construction experience preferred.
Thorough knowledge of concrete batching technology, equipment, methods and safety procedures.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must maintain regular and timely attendance per company operational hours.
This is a full-time, year-round position (not seasonal).
Must be a team player
Work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
