Example of DutiesInitiate and serve as the point of contact for contract/subcontracts and Memoranda of Understanding/Agreement (MOU/MOA) between district and community organizations

Act as liaison between health district and partner organizations

Facilitate and coordinate agreements and connection with STAC referral and data sharing platforms and partnering organizations and individuals

Maintain and monitor financial reports for contracts and agreements as necessary

Train or facilitate the training of partnering organizations and individuals on STAC screening tool and processes, referral system and processes, and other related or required practices

Monitor referral systems and screening performance data

Report to and engage with advisory committee and collaborative partners on performance measures and evaluation

Report on the performance of District and STAC partners to granting agency, Idaho Juvenile Corrections (IDJC), as needed

Serve as point of contact for advisory committee members

Act as liaison between the district’s Board of Health and the advisory committee

Establish governance and ensure oversight of partnering organizations through the advisory committee

Schedule and facilitate meetings of the advisory committee and collaborative stakeholders as needed for good governance

Engage collaborative stakeholders and advisory committee members in evaluation, oversight, and performance monitoring of STAC processes and partnerships

Other duties as assigned.

May be assigned to assist during public health emergencies and will be required to participate in preparedness exercises and training.

Minimum QualificationsYou must possess all the minimum qualifications listed below to pass the exam for this position. Experience planning and implementing projects including coordinating the development of projects scope, goals, work plans, timelines, implementation strategies, and measurement processes/methods for assessing progress toward goals and project outcomes

Experience interpreting and explaining specialized or complex material into information usable by the public.

Experience developing and monitoring contracts

Valid Driver’s License

Ideal Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:Bachelor’s Degree in project management, organizational development, psychology, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Experience administering grants including proposed writing, budgeting, and evaluation

Ability to collaborate and inspire people of diverse backgrounds

Good knowledge of health care delivery and regulatory systems

Experience planning, implementing, and evaluating a social/rehabilitative delivery service, program, or project
