Citizens Community BankChubbuck, ID, United StatesShare:ApplyAbout the Role SummaryYour role as part time 20 hour Customer Service Representative is key and crucial to the bank as a frontline employee. Customers visit you most, and want to be treated with courteous and respect by acknowledgement and accuracy of the transaction you complete for them. It is essential that you give the customer in front of you their undivided attention while processing their transaction to ensure accuracy. As a part time teller our expectations of being available and helping when needed as well as working the schedule as assigned. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Process customer transactions: deposits, cash checks, sell cashier’s checks

Process loan payments and overdraft payments

Issues cashier’s checks,

Close customers accounts

Transfer funds per request of customers

Answer bookkeeping calls.

Redeem Series EE Bonds

Order or re-order checks for customers

Backup on vault

Train to open new accounts

Process transactions through 4-Sight, image server

Cross sell other types of products and services to customers

Offer “free checking” promotion through High Performance Checking (HPC)

Work with branch management in promoting “big days” by creating theme based on the current free gift.

Learn and understand bank products and services by conducting staff meetings or training.

Work night drop, courier bags in dual.

Provide extraordinary customer service; always greeting customers when they enter the branch by acknowledging with a smile or gesture to let them know you acknowledge them.

Saturday banking rotation.

Other duties as assigned.

About You QUALIFICATIONS:

High degree of attention to detail as well as excellent organizational skill(s) to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Must have ability to prioritize and organize heavy workload(s) and demonstrate effective time management skill(s).

Must have the ability to work in a professional manner and consistently demonstrate courtesy, customer service, and tact in a fast-paced/deadlines-oriented environment.

Ability to work quickly and accurately: perform effectively under pressure; meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines and make decisions based on regulation(s), company policy(s), knowledge and experience.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Ability to understand and follow complex written and oral instructions.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Basic computer skill with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, ten-key, and general computer applications.

Working knowledge of standard office equipment.

High school diploma or equivalent.
