Job Description.
This is a General Manager position for the Snake River Travel Plaza Sinclair / A&W. Both businesses are in a trend of continual growth, and we looking for an individual that can lead an already existing positive team to the next level of success. Responsibilities
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Payroll Processing
- Employee - Management/Training/Staffing
- Inventory Controls & Tracking
- Customer Relations
- Vendor Contracts & Relations
- Marketing (Both Social Media & Events)
- Process Control/Efficiencies for all Travel Plaza Operations
Qualifications.
- Ability to perform all business accounting tasks - A/R, A/P, inventory management, data tracking, financial
reporting, cost/benefit calculations, and continual business improvement.
- Leadership management skills and qualifications for a team of 30-35 employees.
- Be comfortable using Quickbooks, Excel and learning industry related software.
