The Northwestern Mutual office in Idaho Falls is seeking an energetic, personable, and organized individual who is motivated by helping others. Position is ideally full-time but can make adjustments for the right candidate. We are seeking someone with the desire to learn about Business and the financial services industry, growth potential (client facing), bonus structures and an environment that rewards hard-work and initiative.
Job Duties Include:
Data Input
Marketing & customer service
Application prep-work and submission
Email correspondence with underwriters
Case flow tracking and follow-through
Maintain adequate security and safety procedures.
Complete and/or assist with projects as assigned by Joshua Westover.
Education and Background Requirements:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Associates or Bachelor Degree Preferred.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Skills and Competency Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational knowledge in order to effectively service telephone callers and walk-in clientele.
Ability to multi-task
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Reliable and detail oriented.
Excellent phone etiquette and keyboarding skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional demeanor articulate and professional dress.
Creative, energetic and enthusiastic.
Receptive to feedback and coaching.
