Responsibilities:
Ensure profitability of the dealership.
Determine inventory needs through local market analysis.
Control the new inventory process to ensure vehicles are ready to sell ASAP.
Motivate, train, and support sales staff.

Requirements:
2+ years car sales experience.
Auto Finance experience a plus.
Self- starter and self- motivator.
Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
Proven ability to achieve targeted goals.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Detail-oriented and well organized.
Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
