About:
We are looking for a responsible, reliable, fun, energetic, outgoing, and loving tutor/nanny for our 10-month old, 4-year-old, 6-year-old, and 8-year-old. We live in Northern California (between Tahoe and Sacramento. We own a small outpatient medical office and are very busy with that and other business projects. This would be a live-in position (free room and board). You would have your own room. We live on 10 acres in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas.
We love the outdoors and to explore around Northern California, reading, games, and playing sports. You would be welcome on any adventures we may embark on. We would pay for your travel to get here.

Requirements/Qualifications:
High Standards. LDS preferred, although not required. Returned missionary is also a plus. We strive to model and teach our children gospel principles.
Anbility to teach/assist children of multiple ages with homeschool work.
Clean and Organized. We are looking for someone who can help maintain a clean and orderly home. For example, dishes, folding laundry, sweeping and mopping, and helping keep rooms tidy.
Willing to prepare dinner meals during the week.
Experience with kids of all ages and ability to interact with them at their level.
Good work ethic and self-driven (must be able to see what needs done and help out without being asked). You're free to get out and find things to do with the kids around the area (museums, parks, creative play, reading books, crafting, etc.)
Must have a driver's license and a good record.
Compensation:
12/hr.
Work Schedule:
typically from 8:30 to 4:30 each day, Monday - Thursday and 8:30 to 2 on Fridays. We would occasionally require longer days and evenings for dates and other activities.
