The Coach Works is looking for a 5+ year experienced autobody technician that loves the small town life style. We need someone who:
Knowledge of vehicle construction
Structural analysis and repair
OEM Training (Preferred but not required)
I-CAR Training (Preferred but not required)
Knowledge of Aluminum Repair and Replacement (Preferred but not required)
Air Conditioning Certification
Working knowledge of shop equipment including frame rack and laser measuring systems
Be physically fit to lift, bend, and work both manual and power tools
Must be on your feet for the majority of the day
Must abide all safety PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Positive Attitude utilizing on-going process improvement
Good communication skills
Good work ethic and past work history
Honesty and loyalty
Initiative to move projects forward and meet deadlines
Regular attendance is required and must comply with set work schedule
Good money management for busy and slow seasons
