Ice Cream Maker Needed!

Fulltime; 40+hrs/week
Study work orders to understand the quantity and type of ice cream to be manufactured each day
Ascertain that sufficient ingredients are available at the time of production
Start-up ice cream manufacturing equipment and check it for optimal functioning
Mix ingredients in correct quantities to ensure that they conform to set recipes
Pour all mixed ingredients into manufacturing machines
Ascertain that the process for ice cream manufacturing is run smoothly by constantly monitoring the machinery
Remove ice cream from the machine by following strict removal procedures and ensure that it is placed in appropriate containers
Ascertain that the taste and texture of each batch is in accordance to the standards set
Store frozen ice cream in appropriate containers, in designated refrigeration areas
Handle inventory of supplies and ensure that appropriate maintenance is performed on utensils and ice cream making machinery
Drop Resume or Application off to Farr Candy Company.
