Looking for Immediate Hire
Wright Law Offices is looking to add a team member! This person will provide attorney support with responsibilities ranging from drafting documents to filing. Additional opportunities may be available based on skills and experience. Prior office support experience, attention to detail, reliability and a team-oriented approach are critical. Legal experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Pay is competitive and based on experience. If you have the required skills and experience, please email your resume and pay expectations. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness
Draft pleadings
Handle filing for litigation and non-litigation matters.
Draft and file basic legal documents and correspondence
Secondary source to answer and direct phone calls
Monitor deadlines and calendar critical events
Additional duties based on experience.
Skills
At least one year of proven working experience in office setting
Computer literacy
Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Exceptional attention to detail and reliability
Friendly, but always professional, demeanor
Schedule
Monday to Friday
9 am to 5 pm, except in infrequent cases if additional assistance is need Benefits
