Custom Cellular, in the Grand Teton Mall is hiring a Sales Manager to start ASAP in a professional, high traffic and fun wireless / cellular sales environment. Custom Cellular is the leader in Idaho and Oregon for providing and selling cell phone accessories. Cellular accessory sales is what we do and what we know.
Qualities we are looking for in our Sales Manager:
A happy positive attitude
The desire to hold the position for years not months
Preferably a top performer in the wireless or related sales industry
Must be competitive in wireless and sales competitions
Must be able to meet and exceed sales goals
Must be able to lead out in sales
Should be skilled at retaining employees and knowing how to keep a staff happy
Must have a flexible schedule
Duties you should be familiar with as a Sales Manager:
Opening, closing and deposit tills
Hiring, firing, training and motivating staff
Meet and exceed sales goals
Must be able to lead out in sales
Opening and closing store on time
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to fill shifts when their is a call in or no show
Custom Cellular has been in operation over 13 years in Idaho and Oregon. Seven locations in total, we are not a micro managing company. As a manager at Custom Cellular youll do everything from the hiring, training, ordering, scheduling, merchandising ect. How much you make is up to you.
