If you've got more experience, GREAT! But our very minimum requirements are:
Windows/Linux/Mac - any or all. Enough knowledge where you could help a user if they need it.
Basic knowledge of networking- TCPIP/DNS, DHCP, know the difference between a router and a switch
Hardware - replace a hard drive, install memory or put an end on a cat5 cable.
Understanding of virtualization and cloud based computing.
