Troubleshoots and corrects template problems and proactively maintains requirements within the system. Understand, query and manipulate varying data and file formats. Communicates issues to programmers and works with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them.Essential Functions- Creates, updates and maintains forms based on state and county recording requirements
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues around forms
- Aide in creation and merging of large-scale corrective documents
- Work with customers, stakeholders, product managers, and product owners to understand and maintain a high-level understanding of the current and upcoming requirements for the system
- May consult with users and develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT departments
- Designs, codes, unit tests, debugs, and documents those programs.
- Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written, designed, coded, tested and debugged.
- Utilize tools to analyze, query and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures.
- Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Communicate issues to programmers to resolve quality issues.
- Work independently with users to define concepts.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Mail Merge)
- Knowledge of SQL and coding techniques to code stored procedures and triggers.
- Advanced knowledge of programming - If/Then Statements for Mail Merge and SQL queries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good multi-tasking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Conveys complex technical issues/problems to programmers in a clear/concise manner. Must be familiar with basic data/programming terminology to communicate as much of problem and solution as possible.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of directly related experience.
- Microsoft or other related certifications preferred depending on position.
