Mann Mortgage, a growing multi-state, community anchored, mortgage lending company dedicated to helping aspiring borrowers fulfill the dream of home ownership, has an immediate opening for an experienced Loan Processor in our Lewiston, ID branch office. This position will work internally in the Lewiston branch office.
The Loan Processor is responsible for processing and preparing retail mortgage loans for closing under various loan programs in accordance with policies and procedures and inputting necessary data into the current LOS (Loan Origination System). Will act as a liaison between borrower, Underwriter, and Loan Officer; communicating both orally and in writing with all parties in the transaction to keep them abreast on the status of the loan. Packaging the file for underwriting ensuring that all necessary documentation is in the file including proper disclosures, appraisals, credit reports, title insurance, flood insurance, automated underwriting findings, and all other necessary documentation. Clearing of all conditions placed on the loan by Underwriting and scheduling the loan for document preparation. Proficient in MS Office a must. Minimum 2 years office experience desired. Mortgage or Banking industry experience preferred.
