Overview:
We are a family-owned, newly remodeled, remote lodge located in the heart of Idaho national forests; which includes motel, cabins, restaurant, bar, tent camping, and RV spaces. We are in search of a full service manager or management company to oversee daily operations of all areas.
Manager responsibilities:
Have complete managerial responsibility for the administration and operation of the lodge
Oversee the quality, consistency, presentation and service in all areas to ensure that they conform to owner/management standards and exceed customer expectations.
Provide leadership and direction to department managers and staff to ensure that all matters and tasks are handled in timely manner and guest expectations are met
Oversee the performance of all departments, provide guidance and hands on assistance in the execution of departmental responsibilities, help set objectives and achieve established goals for successful operation
Oversee the lodge staff with serving and cleaning in restaurant and bar areas including occasional assistance in food preparation.
Oversee housekeeping - including changing sheets, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning motel rooms,
Oversee grounds keeping - including snow removal, mowing, weeding, watering and litter pickup.
Monitor and control budgets and P&L to ensure established goals for operational expenses and labor costs are met.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of General Manager experience within Hotel/Restaurant Industry preferred
Computer and Office skills required – must have the ability to communicate effectively through email as well as decipher information quickly from spreadsheets and databases
