The Idaho Infant Toddler Program is recruiting for an Occupational Therapist Independent Contractor for the Latah, Nez Perce, Idaho Clearwater & Lewis Co, for 13 hrs. a week, hourly rate will be negotiated depending on experience. This contract position would provide a combination of In-person and Tele-health early intervention services throughout Latah, Nez Perce, Idaho, Clearwater & Lewis Counties to children from birth through their third birthday.
Occupational Therapy services include providing evaluations, individual therapy, support with feeding & swallowing issues, consulting with parents, teachers, child care providers and treatment teams, participate with families and multidisciplinary treatment team members, develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans.
Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Idaho in accordance with Idaho Code 54-3703. Licensure or a limited permit must be obtained prior to start of contract.
