With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.Pay rate $18.00 per hourDuration: 1 year contractHours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pmSUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:Amend banking errors and credit and debit the customer accounts
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, faxing, coping, and database systems
Compute, record and proo data and other information, such as records or reports.
Data Entry
Filing/Administrative
Previous disputes/research experience is an asset
Requirements:High School Diploma or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
2+ years administrative/customer service-related experience
Debits/Credit experience, basic accounting – 2 years
Financial institution or banking experience – 2 years
Research experience – 2 years
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Mus have problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to keep information organized and confidential
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be comfortable with bending/standing to do close case filling, sorting, scanning, stapling etc.
