Sycamore Glen Residential Care Facility is currently hiring for the following positions:
Full-Time & Part Time Caregivers; Night Shifts; As Well As Support Staff
Job Description Includes:
Providing assistance to elderly and People with disabilities. Assisting with day-to-day tasks as needed, Personal Hygeine Needs, Supervision and Overall Well-being; maintaining a clean environment; as well as providing participating in activities and providing companionship. Caregivers should demonstrate patience, and the ability assist physically if needed, demonstrating courtesy, and a supportive attitude.
Job Requirements For Full-time Caregiver include:
Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be 18 years old or older
Must have current Drivers License
Must be able to pass extensive background check/Fingerprint check.
Must have current Home Care Aid Certification or Nursing Assistant Certification in good standing.
Direct Support/Support Staff Job Description:
Our Support Staff provide our residents with one-on-one assistance and supervision. Encompassing daily activities: Accompanying them to doctor’s appointments, assisting with daily tasks, assuring a clean and safe environment, and providing companionship.
Job Requirements for Direct Support/Support Staff Include:
Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be 18 Years or Older
Must be able to pass extensive background check/Finger Print check
Various certifications are required per position, or must be obtained within 120 days of hire (You can work on-site, while also working toward your certification). We do offer tuition assistance to help employees obtain required training certificates, for employment at our facility.
