Residential Habilitation House Manager - Moscow Location ($500 Sign-On Bonus) Moscow, IDMilestone Decisions is seeking a dedicated, responsible individual to make a difference in the lives of residents with developmental disabilities as a Residential Habilitation House Manager. In this position, you will oversee the operations of one of our residential habilitation houses in the Moscow, ID area, where up to 4 residents live and 10 or more staff may work.Duties include staff scheduling and training, daily supervision of staff duty completion and ensuring proper care for the clients. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to communicate, collaborate, and work both independently and in a team environment.Milestone Decision's philosophy includes providing freedom of choice to our residents so they may live as independently as possible. As this position demands strong leadership abilities and solid foundation of previous knowledge in the field, applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for an interview:Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
