+Reliability is a MUST
+Must understand basic mechanics
+Fluid Changes-
+Wiring and A/C
+References and experience is a must!
+Foreign and domestic
+Must be able to work solo with minimum instruction
+Must be able to take direction from lead mechanic
+AFC certificate a bonus, but not necessary
+Must know how to operate a scan tool
+Some diesel experience preferred
+Must have electrical diagnostic skills
+Must have shop tools
