The Care Crew LLC is a busy residential and commercial cleaning company that has an immediate opening for a professional residential and commercial cleaning technician or lead tech (depending on experience) that is reliable, honest, professional, listens well and follows instructions. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Professional cleaning of residential, construction, and commercial sites. Work days are Monday through Saturday with Sundays OFF. All major holidays OFF. Incentives, tips, and performance based compensation along with promotional opportunities.
Clean houses with a variety of approved chemicals, disinfectants, and machines.
Vacuum hardwood floors and carpet.
Sweep up debris.
Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals.
Wash and replace linens.
Wash, fold, and stock towels.
Scrub stains, mold, and mildew from surfaces.
Empty wastebaskets and take out trash.
Wash dishes and put dishes away in cupboards.
Throw out expired food in fridge.
Vacuum furniture.
Dust tables, wood surfaces, and shelves.
Clean and dust window treatments.
Polish silver.
Wipe down appliances.
Mop, polish, and wax floors.
Wash baseboards, walls, and ceilings.
Disinfect equipment and supplies.
Plump pillows
Pleasant "can do" attitude
Qualities Necessary:
Excellent communication skills
Strong common sense thinking skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Reliability is a must, we need people who will show up every day and on time.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
Smart phone with texting capabilities
Reliable transportation
Proof of driver's license and insurance
Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Along with many other job duties involved in professional cleaning. We are an EOE employer, must pass criminal background check, drug screen and identity verification.
