Compensation $15-22 DOE we have extensive benefits including 100% company provided health with too many others to name.

You would most likely start work at 7:00 AM regularly and would be free to have flexible time based on personal needs. We are based in Clarkston WA, we prefer someone to be fairly close.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents

review RFP, specifications and other documents to coordinate and prepare proposals

file and retrieve documents and reference materials

conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents

monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications

answer and manage incoming calls

follow up with customers via email and phone

receive and interact with incoming visitors

backup executive assistant duties

liaise with internal staff at all levels

interact with external clients

Education and Experience

proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite

knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures

Bachelor's degree completed or in process
