Job Description
Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill ourCombination Store Assistant Manager position. TheCombination Store Assistant Manager is responsible for managingall aspects of his/her store in the absence of the Combination Store Manager, and assists the Combination Store Manager in performing his/her daily tasks. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Works with store personnel and clinical specialists to meet all customer requirements
- Communicates and resolves problems with patients, referral sources and insurance companies
- Assists in preparing driver routes, logs route changes and driver communication on route sheets as they occur
- Markets accounts as assigned by the Vice President of the Industrial and Medical divisions
- Reviews profit margin reports, income and outgoing statements
- Controls store inventory and expenses
- Performs other tasks as assigned or necessary
Qualifications
- Prior sales and management experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally, to a height of 36"
- Ability to accuratelyenter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software applications necessary to the position
- Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time
