Using QuickBooks - provide bookkeeping support for 10 Home Owner Associations contracting Property Management Services from the Sun Valley Company, by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze budgets. Maintain financial records and manage billing activities such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. Collaborate with Sun Valley Company finance team and internal / external auditors. Provide timely reporting of account activity. The tasks that are essential to perform the functions of this position are as followed, but not limited to:

Organize financial documents such as incoming checks, invoices, and pay office / HOA bills

Record all expenditures and ensure paid expenses are within set budgets

Report monthly / quarterly activity for both the office / 10 HOA?s

Assist Board Members / HOA?s to prepare budgets

Enter budget / financial information into QuickBooks

Manage day-to-day transactions and monthly / quarterly budgeting tasks

Sort financial documents and post them to the proper accounts

Verify bank deposits / balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies

Report on debtors and creditors

Prepare financial reports for Board Members / HOA?s

Coordinate internal and external audits

Client Management / Team Work:

Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with HOA?s / Board Members

Communicate proactively with clients, colleagues and manager

Other duties as assigned or as required, ensuring our excellent service and commitment to 100% guest satisfaction

Review and recommend modifications to existing accounting systems and procedures

Document improved business processes, accounting policies to maintain strong internal controls

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent bookkeeping skills, expert use of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products

Organized, Detail Oriented, Timely, Effective Written and Oral Communication skills

Education:

Associate's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
