Overview:
We are seeking a candidate to fill a Roofing Project Manager/Estimator position. The qualified hire will oversee our projects, handle basic financial duties, and overall ensure a high-level of project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing, management, and project management.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate a portfolio of roofing projects from start to finish
- Assist foreman in supervision of roofing crews
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate and interface with business and residential clients
- Conduct roofing and waterproofing estimating and budgeting
- Oversee quality control and safety measures on job sites
- Handle project documentation and reporting
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in roofing, project management, leadership, and financial management
- Experience in roofing, fabricating, waterproofing, and management
- Strong understanding of roof and siding estimation and projects
