We are looking for that one in a million Sous Chef that is enthusiastic, creative and is fully qualified to assist in running our large and busy Restaurant Kitchen. Cactus Petes offers a fine dining experience featuring high quality cuisine, with an emphasis on fabulous, fresh seafood flown in daily and the highest quality selection of meat found in the local area.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in managing a busy kitchen, setting up menus and food pricing, ordering, and monitoring supplies and rostering staff. Attention to detail is necessary, as in demonstrated culinary expertise.
We want someone who possesses creativity and passion to help and assist in building innovative dishes and enhancing the overall dining experience for our Guests.
