We are Clearwater Construction LLC. The demand for our beautiful custom cabinetry is growing and we are seeking someone with great work ethic and enthusiasm to join our growing team of professionals.
Experience using a measuring tape, chop saw, table saw, routers, and sanders is highly preferred.
To qualify for this job you MUST:
-Be able to pass a criminal background check (No Felonies)
-Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
-Have own reliable transportation to and from work
-Show up to work on time and be able to work a full 8-10 hour shifts M-F
-Have the ability to work well with others in a small team environment
-Have the ability to work under time constraints effectively
-Be detail oriented and able to produce exceptional work
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-Must be flexible in terms of company policies as we are growing, they are changing to benefit everyone. The clients and our employees
-Must be able to read tape measure and simple drawings/cut-lists
-Have an outstanding work ethic and attitude
-Must be able to at all times practice shop safety. Safety is our number one priority!
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
-Fabricating and manufacturing of mid to high end custom cabinetry, millwork and casework using saws, jointer, planer, nail guns, routers, shapers, moulders, sanders, etc
-Cutting, sanding & assembly of wood components and hardware
-Moving and setting up machinery from time to time
-Fine tuning and maintaining shop tools and equipment regularly for precision and safety
-Clean shop daily
Physical Requirements and Environment:
Must be able to lift up to and at times above 50 pounds and work with varying weights of wood and sheet material. Must be able to twist, bend, reach and squat. Need manual dexterity and visual acuity. Working in a manufacturing environment and will be exposed to noise and dust. Must follow company safety rules and wear safety attire and work clothes at all times.
