We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance/Handy man
Looking for serious interest & great job ethic. Work consist of painting, trouble-shooting and repair of appliances, landscaping, general lawn care, shoveling snow and de-icing property in the winter, general plumbing and electrical skills a plus.
Qualities that are a Must:
Available to work Monday- Friday 9:00 Am - 5:00 Pm
Must be presentable, hard-working, honest and punctual
Must have a cell-phone and a reliable form of transportation
Have 1 year or more experience performing maintenance tasks
A minimum of 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
Using and maintaining equipment and tools
Have good organization/people skills
Have good time-management and prioritization skills
Be courteous and professional at all times
(A Complete background check/Drug testing is required before hire and random drug testing as part of continued employment.)
