Property Preservation – general contractor (ID)

Hi,

I am looking for contractors who would make a good addition to my property preservation company. If you are interested please let me know, I have listed some basic info for you below and attached paperwork and info.

Contractors must be able to complete a list of things that include winterizations, lock changes, boarding/reglazing windows, grass cuts/lawn maintenance, large scale debris removal, etc. This, of course, does not cover everything.

PPW is what will be used to send and receive work orders.

You will be paid via direct deposit. Pay starts 2 weeks after you receive/submit your first work order. Each payment is sent weekly thereafter

You must have an Aspen Grove and Insurance (if you do not currently have one or both they will need to be obtained in order to come on board)

Thank you for responding to the ad I posted, I would like to know a little more about your background in the preservation world. Can you tell me what kind of work and how long youve done preservation work? I would like to get a general idea of what your capabilities are.

Also if you could tell me if you have insurance

If you do what kind of coverage do you have

Do you have a General Contractors license?

And if you can send me a screen shot of your Aspen Grove ID# showing that you are in ICO1
