RESOURCE DEVELOPER:
The Resource Developer is a part-time position. The Resource Developer is responsible for developing the administration, content of fundraising programs and grant-writing efforts consistent with the strategic plan for the organization. Key duties include fundraising, marketing and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
-Be available to IVC 20 hours per week
-Participate as a team member with the Executive Director/other staff
-Partner with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to develop, maintain and implement the IVC Strategic Plan
VOLUNTEER RESOURCES
-Assist Executive Director with the recruitment & support of volunteers
-Assist Executive Director with planning, coordinating and facilitating volunteer recognition and other associated events
-Assist Executive Director with planning and facilitating required information sharing events and activities
-Update and maintain volunteer services Policies and Procedures Manual-Evaluate volunteer services program and provide feedback to IVC Board of Directors
COMMUNITY AWARENESS
-Represent IVC to community organizations
-Attend ongoing public service providers and other agency meeting as assigned Assist Executive Director with facilitation of awareness/public relations information with the media
-Represent IVC in a professional manner to all clients, volunteers, community organizations and Board of Directors with respect to its mission and goals
FUNDRAISING
-Assist Executive Director regarding researching and writing
grants
-Assist Executive Director with Gift of HomeĀ campaign and
other fundraising campaigns including Idaho Gives
-Act as chairperson for the IVC annual signature fundraiser
(i.e. Bowlpong)
-Partner with the Executive Director to develop a 3-5 year
Strategic Plan
MISCELLANEOUS
-Complete various and other duties as assigned
