Seeking a motivated self-starter. Sense of humor, a no task is too big or small attitude, combined with a strong sense of integrity and confidence is desired. Needs to be able to work independently as well as a team member. The ability to thrive in a flexible environment is necessary.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Management of all vendors is required. Must effectively communicate/coordinate with all outside vendors to schedule routine or otherwise maintenance required for the property.

Responsible for accounts payable for the property. Must be comfortable reviewing utility, credit card and vendor statements and correctly compiling, entering and issuing checks for payment. AP experience highly preferred.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Dropbox. Experience with Yardi a plus “ but will train the right individual. Candidate must be comfortable with basic IT troubleshooting and working with off site IT company. Willingness to learn phone system, including video phones, a must.

Organization and attention to detail when it comes to file management necessary. Will be responsible for sorting/cleaning/organizing current file system both hard copy and electronic.

Being current with the residential systems and their proper maintenance. Ensure that periodic carpet cleaning, pest control, filter changes are scheduled and completed.

It is important to note there is a current Guidebook of the various systems on the property (that must be read); however, it will also be important to maintain and regularly update any changes to procedures.

Stock procurement, minor grocery shopping, running errands (e.g. mail pick from post office), and limited personal shopping for principals.

Drive principals to and from appointments with the use of company vehicles. Must have a clean driving record and valid Drivers license.

Maintenance and cleanliness of four vehicles, including a Yamaha Rhino w/snow plow.

During winter months it will be necessary to utilize Yamaha on the property to clear 4 or less of snow. Otherwise it will be required to ensure snow removal is scheduled on an as needed basis

Submitting a detailed weekly report of tasks and schedules to principals.

On occasion the position may need you to sit/stand for long periods of time, lift 50 lbs. and comfortably climb a ladder.

Nonsmoker preferred.

References are required. Must pass background check and random drug tests.

A small corporate office staff works in the principals second residence. Interaction with them and other offices is key for success. We consider each employee a member of the family. A caring and embracing spirit is necessary.
