Long-standing restoration company is hiring a self-motivated and driven Assistant Project Manager in the high-end community of Sun Valley, ID. Desired candidates will have experience working in the office of a construction-industry company, or have gone through a construction management program. Additionally, the right person for this job will be very comfortable with learning our software work-flows as much of the job duties will be centered around things such as Job Management Software, Estimating Software, and QuickBooks as well as other tech that is common in a modern construction office.
Duties:
Duties include assisting project managers and estimators with the documentation needed for submitting and collecting on insurance claims. Duties will also include many other things surrounding organizing and facilitating managing the companys projects such as:
Scheduling coordination
Documenting procedures
Communicating with insurance carriers and customers
Archiving project documents
General office back-up
