So-Ida Commodities is seeking an experienced diesel technician with management capabilities to repair and maintain hay trucks, trailers and loading equipment in a shop environment.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Inspecting/testing equipment for proper performance before and after repairs
Identifying and diagnosing mechanical/electrical and hydraulic system malfunctions and performing required repairs to resolve such issues
Knowledgeable and able to perform rebuilds on Cummins,CAT and Detroit engines
Develop and maintain positive relationships with other employees and equipment operators
Be mindful of shop inventory and orders
Accountibility of yourself AND your crew.
REQUIREMENTS
Class A CDL(or able to obtain)
TOOLS
Diagnostic equipment
EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
This is a full-time position
Monday through Friday
COMPENSATION(hourly) will depend on your qualifications and experience. You will be subject to a probationary period.
