This person would work in all aspects of farming. Knowledge of general farming practices such as ground work, planting, irrigation, and harvest of corn and hay are needed. Ability to run and repair pivots and other irrigation equipment helpful. Winters are spent repairing and servicing equipment in the shop. Ability to run and repair all types of farm equipment and drive truck needed. Being able to work independently and productively is important. Bi-lingual is a bonus. Must love working outdoors.
