Our 103,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.Summary:With limited supervision, coordinates, compiles and contributed to accurate and on time data analysis / business intelligence for Abbott Quality & Regulatory (AQR); System Analysis and Management Reviews. Analyzes reports and metrics from tracking tools; identifies trends and ramifications. Support ongoing Regulatory Affairs system implementations and process improvements. Coordinator for Health Metrics and Management Review Community Practice a cross divisional quality and regulatory forum used to discuss potential issues and mitigate risk.Main Responsibilities:Partner with Quality Applications team to reduce legacy defects/incident/enhancement tickets (DIETs). Review DIETs with Division contacts.Utilize a risk management tool created to make review process more efficient.Provide Abbott Quality Regulatory (AQR) query building, audit overviews and external inspection training.Gather, analyze and prepare metric data for presentation to Management Review Boards.Coordinate quarterly management review meetings including data preparation, publication and presentation of Quality subsystem materials and meeting outputs and initiatives.Perform division document gap assessments against resolution.
