Description We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. Located in Algonquin, Illinois, this role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client communications, supervising onsite support, and overseeing construction schedules. Your expertise in Cloud Technologies, Atlassian Jira, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning will be vital to your success in this role.Responsibilities: Manage and oversee various projects using Agile Scrum methodologies Apply your knowledge of IBM and About Time to ensure efficient project execution Handle client communications effectively, addressing all their needs and concerns Supervise onsite support, ensuring all tasks are completed according to the project schedule Oversee construction schedules, ensuring tasks are completed within the stipulated time frame Manage budgets, ensuring all project expenses are within the allocated budget Utilize your expertise in Cloud Technologies to enhance project execution Use your skills in Atlassian Jira and CRM to streamline project processes Leverage your knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to ensure resource efficiency Ensure all project-related communication is clear and effective Implement budget processes to monitor and control project costs. Requirements Must possess strong proficiency in Atlassian Jira. Must have extensive knowledge and experience with Cloud Technologies. Should be adept at using CRM tools for customer relationship management. Must have comprehensive understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Should have familiarity with IBM systems and processes. Experience with About Time software is a must. Must have practical experience in Agile Scrum methodologies. Should be proficient in managing Budget Processes. Must have excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. Should have experience in the Construction industry. Onsite Support experience is required. Must have the ability to manage Construction schedules effectively. Experience in Managing Budgets is a prerequisite. Must have excellent Client communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and deliver results.
