Title: Google Cloud Engineer Location: Arlington Heights, IL, Description: Responsibility: This position requires someone that is able to work as a team member on an Cloud application platform deployment team to implement major Cloud Infrastructure tools, as well as 3rd party tools to ingest, process, store, and report the data. The candidate should have working knowledge on how to Integrate, Configure, deploy and manage centrally provided common cloud services. They must be able to analyze and resolve compliance and security violations/challenges, operational risk standards, and troubleshooting network issues. Strong Build and Operational knowledge, with DevOps continuous integration (CI) Continuous delivery (CD) and automation is required. Required: Experience with building a range of Services on a the cloud platform (GCP is preferred), as well as having other cloud provider knowledge Strong hands-on GCP knowledge Terraform, Jenkins, Python experience Cloud experience and Network Architecture Linux and windows development experience & API Design Networking with various applications including knowledge of entitlement and access controls Full stack DevOps experience with building CI / CD pipelines Automation experience Must have solid PowerShell Scripting or any Scripting language Creating Technical Documentation Desirable: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Specific experience & GCP Certification ( certification is a plus) API (Mulesoft) Knowledge of any third party tools: Tableau, Qlik Sense, Alteryx ( any visualization or analytics tools Real time platform enablement across different Cloud service providers
