DescriptionOur client in Aurora is looking to add someone to their Customer Service department!-Pulling ticket orders off the web-Outbound calls and inbound calls-Homeowners, contractors, architects would be calling in interested in getting more information-Giving the customer quotes, pricing, more information on the company and how they operate-Data Entry through excel-Communicating with the outside sales rep and giving them the information about the order-This person is the middle man between the Customer and the sales rep-Typically this person would complete 20 ticket orders a dayRequirementsMust be able to commit to these hoursBusy season - 7AM-5PM (50) hours a week plus every other SATURDAY 6:45 AM-NoonSlow Season – 40 hour weeks (Flexible – (4) 10 hour shifts – NO SATURDAYS-Excel-Data Entry-Customer Service-Written and Verbal communication skills-MultitaskingOfficeTeam is the world's leader in professional staffing for office support jobs, focusing exclusively on the temporary and temporary-to-full-time placement of professionals in the administrative field.
