Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Warehouse Asset Management for an opportunity with a client located in Batavia, IL.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Asset Management processes for Hardware and software assets within warehouse
End to End Asset Management Life Cycle Experience both in Hardware and software
Manage leased assets
Analyze client contracts, and Purchase agreements
Experience with New Assets, IMACS, Retirements, Disposals
Experience in managing software assets
Interact directly with clients and other internal and external sources to obtain relevant data and documents
Utilize Data analysis tools such as MS Access, MS Excel
Assess data accuracy
Insure quality and timely delivery of customer requirements
Generate monthly service reports
Identify and document best practices and implement them
Ensure delivery of the service according to the service agreement
Advise client on asset management and function as Subject Matter Expert
Crete asset management program including: processes, procedures, tools, and reporting of hardware assets
