About the JobWe are currently looking for

Guidewire PC Configuration Developers. We will consider relocation for candidates with exceptional skills.

Requirements:
  • Super strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration
  • Should guide the other less experienced developers through tougher configuration tasks and help do root cause analysis/troubleshooting when we have a configuration related production incident or something discovered in testing.
  • This person would need to be ready to do the development themselves too not just a mentor/guide for the less-senior folks.
  • Good experience working within the insurance industry and knowledge of Fire products is a bonus as well.
  • Strong communications/presentation skills are good too as this person will be interacting with business partners as we work through configuring the remaining products in our scope.
  • Also strong knowledge of Agile and strong initiative leaning in to look for what work needs to be done and drive pace not just wait to be told what to do.
  • Need to know the functionality of PC and how a capability might be applied to create efficiencies (for Agents)
