Our client is seeking an entry-level Help Desk Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience with Office 365 and Windows 7/10. The client is also seeking ambitious candidates with a desire to learn and adapt to a high pace environment. This position is on-site and remote work is not available at any time.

  • Imaging of devices
  • Documentation os issues and solutions
  • Completing password resets
  • Upgrading software
  • Responding to incidents via phone, email and chat
  • Troubleshooting general technical problems
