Responsibilities

State Farm's Agency/Marketing & Contact Center's Mission is being the customer's first and best choice with top priorities to dominate on experience and differentiate on service.

State Farm is looking for two (2) experienced lead software engineers to help take the State Farm Connect product to the next level. SF Connect is a tool enabling agents and their team members to communicate with their customers and prospects via a two-way conversational text interaction. These openings offer an opportunity to work in a Cloud first environment to help simply this additional communication channel, making it more resilient while exploring ways to automate certain aspects of work. Qualifications

Competitive candidates will bring:

Strong Java knowledge/experience
Continuous Delivery (Gitlab, CI/Urban Code)
Experience with AWS
Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redis, Cloudwatch, API Gateway, ECS Fargate, VPC, Security Groups, Terraform CloudFront, SQS
Bachelor's in STEM field, a plus

Junit
Node.js
Jest
Postman
Redux
Dynatrace
Data dog
Skilled in writing and testing high-quality, readable, well-architected, and secure code.
Able to collaborate with other developers, analysts, and leadership within the organization

TP2 knowledge/experience
AWS certification preferred
1-2+ years of agile product team experience
